My name is Tonya, and I am your hostess in this journey.
A little more about myself. I have 12 years of I.T. experience under my belt; 7 of that being directly in the web hosting industry. I have owned by own hosting company, as well as helped other’s with their’s.
I have a keen knack for customer service, and I aim to please in everything I do. I’m always willing to go that extra mile, if it means my customer’s are happy.
Sure, there are many sites that provide hosting tips, etc - but this one…. This one is different.
The hosting industry is dominated by men - pure and simple fact. Many women, who are “in” the industry, are left on the sidelines. Many are just put in administrative positions such as the billing and sales departments. Few are in the trenches - living and loving to multitask… in the tech department..
I have seen it all, done it all, and by golly… barely ever got the praise that I deserved…. besides by the customer’s that I have helped over the years.
But I am here, to lead you to where no other has lead you before in a tech site….
To the bowels and the trenches of the web hosting industry.
